About the Author - Chris Shelton
I grew up in a dysfunctional household with a lot of trauma. Because of my family history and the toxic environment, I suffered from OCD, anxiety, and unhealthy emotional patterns, including depression and anger issues.
The emotionally unstable and unsafe environment impacted my physical health as well. On top of my mental and emotional symptoms of imbalance, I developed severe digestive problems and chronic sinusitis.
However, through the ancient healing practice of Qigong, I transformed my mental and physical health, eliminating old habits and unhealthy thought patterns while establishing a new level of well-being. Qigong helped me access the kingdom within and align with my highest and greatest potential.
