A few days ago, we had the privilege of co-teaching a special class from Tijuana, Mexico, for The Qi Club community.

As we guided Qi Clubbers through ancient healing practices, we were reminded of something profound: the power to reset, restore, and rejuvenate lives within you, regardless of your location.

Tune into our recent Tijuana session, where we guide you through the Five Element healing sounds – a powerful Qigong practice that targets specific organ systems and their associated emotions:

Liver (SHU): Releases anger, frustration, and resentment while cultivating kindness and creativity. As we flow and breathe together, you’ll tap into old anger and watch it dissolve like dark clouds, making space for emerald green healing energy.

Heart (HAA): Addresses abandonment, loneliness, and lack of joy, replacing these heavy emotions with universal love and compassion. The heart, after all, is where we connect not just romantically, but with all beings.
