Join the Qi Revolution

Dear Reader,

Wow, what a week! I’m not going to lie or pretend that it’s been easy. Even though we work every day to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we’re human and we have issues just like everyone else.

However, I must admit that practicing Qigong for the past 30 years has given me somewhat of a super power in that I am able to process and move through the drama and trauma of life much more easily.

In ancient Chinese philosophy, we call it Wu Wei, which translates to doing or non-doing, which can be comparable to the ocean.

When the ocean is stirring and the waves are high and seem reckless, in the depths of the ocean there is a sense of calmness and stillness.

This is a metaphor on how to find peace within.

Through this thought process, no matter what is going on in your external environment, it is possible to access stillness and calmness within.

Wu Wei is a skill that allows the practitioner to be able to find inner peace, regardless of what is going on.

In this video, we give you a sneak peek into The Qi Club so that you can experience for yourself the peace of mind and sense of freedom that comes from a regular practice. We offer 4 zoom classes every single week, Monday – Thursday 8:00am-8:30am PT and if you can’t make that time, we always put up the video for members only to access at a later time.

If you’re not a Qi Clubber, you can click HERE and receive your first month in The Qi Club for FREE. Plus there are no long term contracts so you can cancel at any time.

So make sure to watch and follow along with this week’s video to learn more about how to access Wu Wei and center yourself to create more peace of mind.

May the Qi be with you,
Love,
-Chris and Parisa

Are you able to recommend for heel injury

    1. You can do the practice seated or even in the mind’s eye. Classes will help boost energy and overall feeling of well being.

As long as you have internet and zoom (to join the live classes if you like) you can join The Qi Club. The class recordings are posted each day for a week.
