As a result, we wanted to share this video we created almost a year ago with information on how to prevent and stop viruses.

Traditional Chinese medicine, which is a time-tested and proven form of healing, was originally created based on viruses and plagues.

Once viruses, bacterias, and microorganisms enter into the body, we then look at what organs are being affected and what climatic condition it is creating in the body.

Most people are not aware that this current virus is considered a damp-cold condition.

What does this mean?

This means that the cold penetrates into the body and damages the spleen and stomach, while the dampness in combination with the cold, produces phlegm and weakens the lungs.

If left untreated, it will cause a spiraling affect that will damage other organs and then the body begins to attack itself.

Therefore, we remedy it with herbs, nutrition, Qigong, and acupuncture to dry the dampness and expel the cold from the body.
