“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…” -Charles Dickens
That pretty much sums up 2022!
For us, personally and professionally, ’22 has been a year that brought equally as many blessings as it did challenges and projects that have put us to the test. ????
It’s natural to become apathetic when things are going well, but it’s when shit hits the fan that we are given the opportunity to learn, grow, expand—and 2022 did just that!
It sounds cliché, but literally “being the change you wish to see” is the best way to create peace on Earth.
But, how can you be the change and build a life you’ve been envisioning with all the saga and drama looming and dooming?
Two words:
NEW AND DIFFERENT
It’s that simple! Choosing to show up in ways that are new and different will have a profound effect on your life experience.
Overcoming problems and challenges allows us the opportunity to learn more about ourselves and the world around us.
Showing up with positive expectations, having the ability to let go when things don’t go our way, and looking for solutions vs obsessing over problems has a ripple effect, impacting and creating change in ALL areas of our life.
Join us in this week’s super short (4:44) pep talk as we debrief and offer you some super simple Qigong practices that will guide you towards new and different.
These practices have the power to change how you feel, to turn that frown around, and create positive change.
When done regularly, Qigong will facilitate the change you want. By starting each day new and different, you align with your greatest potential.
Whether you’re new to our blog or you’ve been tuning in for a while, we’re so grateful to be able to share with you! This work comes from our hearts and is sent with LOVE.
Thank you for being part of our family and community.
Thank you for your time and energy.
Thank you for your good-ass-Qi. ????
