My Personal Journey with Qigong

I discovered this truth the hard way. Growing up in a dysfunctional home with abuse and addiction, anxiety and depression were my constant companions. By age 19, I’d already experienced two heart attacks. But through a remarkable twist of fate, I was introduced to Qigong, and it completely transformed my life.

What makes Qigong so powerful is that it works differently than conventional approaches to emotional wellbeing.

Instead of just managing symptoms, these ancient practices address the root cause by restoring natural energy flow in the body.

Modern science now confirms what Chinese Medicine has known for thousands of years – when we release stuck energy, we naturally return to a state of joy and vitality.

Since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of training hundreds of practitioners who are now leading transformative Qigong practices in their communities.
