Creamy Cashew Goodness – Nom Nom Nom

With only four ingredients, this yummy cream sauce is a great replacement for dairy and sour cream and can even be tasty in mash potatoes or as a vegan chip/veggie dip.

If you sweeten it up with some date syrup, you’ve got a great replacement for whipped cream – a must have with fresh strawberries.

Buy these ingredients A.S.A.P.:
-Raw cashews, a whole lemon, nutritional yeast, sea salt. That’s it.
