How To Beat the Burnout

Dear Reader,

Whewww, what a year this has been! Can you believe it’s already November!?

This week we did something a little different, which was to edit down a recent class Parisa gave about how to beat burnout.

By definition, you know that you’re heading towards burnout if the things you used to love doing no longer bring you joy. Or if simple every activities of daily life seem to be exhausting…

We should know, with businesses in San Jose, Los Angeles, and online, plus four kids, and a partridge in a pear-tree, there was a time when both Chris and I were headed towards burnout.

The good news is that we have Qigong, a simple practice with profound results to help absorb and release the stress and trauma of living in our modern day society.

We are all going to have bumps in the road, obstacles, and challenges. Qigong and mindful meditation is like driving down a bumpy road in a brand new 2020 Escalade with all the bells and whistles.

With regular practice, we are able to boost our tolerance for challenge, thus reducing stress and thereby increasing happiness, joy, and creativity.

As the old adage goes, “to bring peace to this world, strive to make your own life peaceful.” We hope that this week’s video gives you an extra boost of peace and a dose of happiness.
