Qigong for Holiday Stress

Happy Holidays!! Whatever you celebrate, we hope this month is full of cheer, good spirits and generosity!

We are taught that this is what the holiday season is all about and it certainly can be. However, it can also bring up intense emotions and feelings.

We may feel the sadness and sorrow of lost loved ones more heavily, the pang of loneliness, the anxiety of dealing with family drama… the list goes on.

As we like to say, “It’s not fun, it’s family!”

That’s why we wanted to share with you some special holiday Qi tips for releasing the trapped emotions on this roller coaster called Life.
