Dear Reader,
Do you remember back-in-the day when school would start the day after Labor Day?! Which would have happened this week!
Times have sure changed, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the effectiveness of Qigong (5000 years and counting), as well as our passion and dedication to being of service to humanity.
Qigong is such a powerful and potent technique that can clear negative emotions and help you access focus and creativity, which is perfect for students of all ages.
With a busy travel schedule this week, Parisa aka Mama P, stepped up and created this helpful Qigong practice for students.
In this short little diddy, we talk about cultivating a beginner’s mind set and learn how to improve our vision to access more clarity and creativity.
In Buddhism “Shoshin,” which translates to beginners mind, means to have an attitude of openness, eagerness and lack of preconceptions when studying a subject or even just going about our daily life.
This is a great time to take a class, pick up a new skill, or go inwards and study the inner workings of your mind.
May you be blessed with Shoshin and a childlike wonder today and onwards.
Until next time. Be well. And Qi ya later.
Love,
-Chris and Parisa
