Dear Reader,
You know the old saying that goes “Give a person a fish, feed them for a day. Teach a person to fish, feed them for a lifetime!”
While most people fear public speaking as much as death, teachers have to speak in front of an audience (i.e. their class) each day they go work.
Plus with the current global situation, many teachers have been required to shift from a classroom setting to online digital platforms.
Teachers, ranging from preschool to collage professors, are a key thread to the fabric of our society; and yet, most teachers are paid less than bankers.
Think about that for a moment…
That is why this week we’re giving tips for teachers, instructors, and presenters to help get rid of jitters and nervousness.
Our intention with this week’s video is to help you be more grounded, focused and connected before you speak to your class or group.
You already have the knowledge and experience. This video is meant to get you feeling calm and confident before you “go on.”
Our mission is to empower you to be the best person you can be.
We want to hear from you. Please let us know your thoughts in the comment section of the video.
Until next time. Be well and Qi ya later.
Love,
-Chris and Parisa
