How are you doing today?
If you’re like us, then each time you turn on the news or look at social media, worry and anxiety start to seep in.
There certainly is not a lack of things to worry or stress about these days.
However, there are things we can do to release worry and anxiety right away. 🙏🏼
Have you ever noticed that when you’ve been running around, dealing with chaos, stressful situations, deadlines, or feeling overwhelmed, that sometimes you forget to breathe?
Well, you’re not alone…👨👩👧👦
We’ve all been there, but that’s why we want to remind you to take a pause.
As you’re reading this, take a deep breath. In fact, take several.
Doesn’t that feel surprisingly good? 😀
The simplest things sometimes have the biggest impact.
So this week, Parisa created an easy 10 minute Qigong meditation practice you can watch at any time to relieve those stressful feelings of worry and anxiety that rudely interrupt life.
Throw this video on when you need a break from the grind and especially if you’re feeling worried or anxious.
It’s incredible how such a short practice can bring about feelings of balance and ease.
Plus it’s truly amazing how we can change our mindset with some focus and intention.
This is why Qigong is so beneficial. The intention paired with specific movements work to rebalance both the body and the mind. ☯️
Lastly, we’ll leave you with this question you can ask yourself whenever you’re feeling worried or anxious:
What can I do in this moment to bring about more peace and balance to my life?
Have a beautiful and bountiful weekend. ♥️
