Have you ever had your plans turn our different from what you were expecting?
Or wished for something that seemed not to come?
I know I have.
In fact, I’d venture to say that this year has turned out differently than what
ALL of us expected!
Nevertheless, amidst this season of change one thing has become crystal clear.
A regular and consistent Qigong, meditation, mindfulness, etc. practice reaps rewards of peace-of-mind, balance and stability.
Personally we are beyond grateful to have found this ancient technology and have developed a practice. We are humbled and honored to have a platform where we get to share this information with you.
It helps us sift through the noise. Establish what is important in our Life.
Gain clarity and peace of mind.
On that note, one of the things that didn’t go as planned this week was our weekly video release on YouTube.
With the launching of TheQiClub.com we have been working tirelessly to deliver classes and interactions that help unlock the door to a pain free life.
We strive to offer classes that boost health, happiness, and healing transformations.
Instead of a new video, what we have to offer you this week is a revised YouTube playlist – DIY Home Remedies series.
For over a year now we’ve been producing videos to get ready for Chris’ new upcoming book release. Target is September 2020 for the back-pain book. Fingers crossed!
We will be sure to keep you posted as things progress.
