In this live stream, we explored low back pain—one of the most common ailments I see in my clinical practice. I talked about the internal and external factors that contribute to chronic back pain, such as poor posture, diet, and stress. I also discussed some of the simple techniques from the book that can make a big difference in managing pain.
One thing I wanted to highlight is how many people overlook the connection between lifestyle and pain. Poor diet, lack of movement, and even your environment can exacerbate neck and back issues. In the video, I show pages from the book that provide in-depth guidance on how to address these factors.

In this live stream, I focus on how emotions play a significant role in back and neck pain. I just ordered you book on Amazon ca. I will be getting it Sunday. I am 77 years old and would like to use it for helping a shoulder problem. It isn’t a rotator cuff problem but the physiotherapist said it is an arthritis problem in the labrum. No pain but a bit of restriction when elbow bent when externally rotated. If you have advice I would appreciate it. I am looking forward to receiving your book. All the best.
