Yummy Pumpkin Soup

Dear Reader,

Fall is in the air and it is 100 degrees in Los Angeles! Hmmmm…

Still the question that’s on everyone’s mind is what can we do to build our immune system for this upcoming cold and flu season?

The answer lays in preparing now with what you put in your tummy.

That is why this week I share one of my favorite recipes. Straight from the archives of “Chris’ Cookin’ Tips,'” is my yummy pumpkin soup recipe.

For most of us, pumpkins represent something to carve as we get ready for Halloween.

But for me, I look at it as an opportunity to tonify the spleen and stomach and nurture the lungs, all while satisfying our taste buds.

This soup recipe seriously tastes like pumpkin pie, without the guilt! We hope you enjoy this delicious and delightful dish.
