Whether you’re new to qigong and tai chi or have been practicing for years, our summer schedule offers something special for everyone.

>>The Energy of Happiness Workshop

On Thursday, June 19th from 7:00-9:00pm Pacific time, with Parisa and Paula Price, we invite you to join this workshop, “The Energy of Happiness.” Available both at our Burbank studio and online, this transformative session explores the non-obvious techniques that can help you not only find happiness but maintain it even during challenging times.

Align to the summer solstice energy of happiness, discover the Wheel of Life Check In process, and experience awareness practices that will naturally boost your joy and abundance.

>>Weekly Classes for Ongoing Growth – Our regular weekly class sessions provide the consistency needed for deep transformation.

>>Every Wednesday from 5:00-6:00pm Pacific time, join Chris for “Qigong for Emotional Wellbeing.”

Where we focus specifically on developing emotional resiliency and cognitive aptitude. Available both in our Burbank location and online, this class combines gentle movement with breathing techniques and meditation practices designed to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease and clarity.

>>For those seeking to integrate flexibility training with energy cultivation, join Parisa for “Qigong and Yoga Flow” class every Thursday from 1:00-2:00pm Pacific time.

This unique fusion class helps develop flexibility in both body and mind, creating space for new possibilities while building physical strength and mental adaptability. Whether you join us in Burbank or online, you’ll discover how these complementary practices enhance each other beautifully.

>>Connecting with Nature Through Energy Practices

There’s something profoundly healing about practicing Tai Chi and Qigong in nature, which is why we’re excited to offer “Tai Chi and Qigong in the Park” throughout July and August.

These classes are FREE and brought to you by Santa Clara County Parks & Rec, and taught by our expert instructors. There are four weekend sessions that will take place in some of Santa Clara County’s most beautiful parks, allowing you to deepen your practice while connecting directly with the earth’s natural energy. Space is limited so please register. 

Practicing outdoors amplifies the benefits of tai chi and qigong exponentially. The fresh air, natural sounds, and grounding connection to the earth create an ideal environment for releasing stress, improving focus, and cultivating inner peace. These sessions are perfect for all levels and offer a wonderful way to meet fellow practitioners while enjoying California’s beautiful summer weather.

Our Qi Club, which recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, continues to serve as an online community where Qi Clubbers cultivate immunity, resilience, and meaningful connections. This ongoing program provides weekly practices, educational content, and the support of a health conscious community committed to your wellness journey.
