How To Practice Resiliency During These Challenging Times

Dear Reader,

Resilience is defined as the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties or the ability of an object to spring back into shape without taking a major tole or creating damage on an object, or in this case our human body.

Needless to say, the current events of the day have imposed difficult situations for most of humanity. This is especially why it is our mission and purpose in life to offer tools to increase resilience and boost tolerance for challenge.

We’re seeing more and more people struggling emotionally and financially with what is going on. I can feel the collective frustration and anger towards the current situation.

That is why I want to share with you a webinar I held on Monday to offer ways to release frustration and anger.

During this important one hour workshop, I share some simple things you can do right now to release stress and tension and spring back into calm confidence.

As humans, we do not have full control over what’s going on out there. However, we do have control within our realm of consciousness.

Qigong is one way that you can shift your consciousness, clear negative emotions, and step into a relaxed state of acceptance; regardless of what the screen is telling you.

We dedicate this practice to all the forward thinkers and feelers, past and present, who have devoted their lives for this moment we live in now.
