If you’re like us, you’ve probably been feeling some outside pressure from this week’s world events.
BUT we want to deliver a message of self-empowerment and let you know that there is a way to create calm in the eye of the storm.
We admit that this ‘super power’ doesn’t just happen. It requires continual cultivation, self-study, and an inward focus.
That is the beauty of Qigong, Tai Chi and other “heart-fullness” practices, which fortify the body (and nervous system).
Yes we said heart-fullness rather than mindfulness because your heart is where your consciousness resides. When you point to yourself, you point to your chest, not your head.
This was one of those weeks where I felt truly grateful to have found Qigong, not only because I was interviewed by the World Congress on Qigong, but because when there was drama around me, I was able to shake it off and respond rather than react.
Remember that viruses are part of human evolution. Although, it can be uncomfortable, this is how we grow as a species.
However, there are many things we can do to strengthen ourselves: Boost your immune system, release fear, and stand by your truth without becoming aggressive, to name a few. Your mind’s health is just as important as your physical health.
As we band together in our Qi-community, not only is our vibration uplifted, but the vibration of the entire planet is uplifted too.
