Body Awakening Exercises

There are three Body Awakening Exercises that are foundation to Qigong. I recommend doing these exercises before any Qigong session to help bring your body and mind together, in a centered state and to help loosen the body to allow the free flow of Qi. It will make all your subsequent practices more effective.
